- Clearly distinguish a squat vs hinge
- Move more efficiently
- Lift with confidence
- Reduce injury risk in everyday training
This is not a lecture — it’s a hands-on learning experience you can immediately apply to your workouts and daily life.

We’re transforming a space inside the gym into a pop-up check-up room to show that preventive care can be:

Dedicated wellness access day for domestic helpers, made possible through community sponsorship and donors.
Our goal is to expand access to preventive healthcare for those who may face barriers to it.
