Where: Petersburg Center for Healthy Living
Why: To provide a safe, trauma-informed space where participants can:
Build self-awareness
Understand trauma and its impact
Develop healthy coping skills
Begin their personal healing journey
Week 1: Defining Who I Am
Week 2: Self-Worth & Boundaries
Week 3: Understanding Trauma
Week 4: Self Care
Week 5: The Power of Thoughts
Week 6: Accountability & Acceptance
Week 7: Communication & Relationships
Week 8: Triggers & Coping Skills
By registering for this event, I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken during program sessions for documentation, reporting, promotional, and community engagement purposes. These images may be used by Mind Over Matter Legacy, The Petersburg Center for Healthy Living, and/or Bon Secours in printed materials, social media, websites, newsletters, and other communications.
I understand that this is a community support group, and participant privacy will be respected. Photos will not intentionally capture or share sensitive personal discussions, private disclosures, or confidential moments.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I understand that I may notify event staff upon arrival so reasonable accommodations can be made.
