Join us in Las Vegas for a Women’s Self-Defense Seminar centered around awareness, confidence, connection, and practical real-world skills.
Led by Philly Self-Defense founder and retired professional MMA fighter Jamie Miller alongside Xtreme Couture MMA Head Coach Dennis Davis, with special guest instructor Gareth Hoernel, this seminar is designed to meet women exactly where they are.
You do not need any martial arts or self-defense experience to participate. We’ll work through practical techniques, situational awareness, boundaries, movement, and realistic self-defense concepts in a supportive, trauma-informed environment where participation is always a choice.
More than anything, this is about helping women feel more connected to their bodies, their instincts, their voices, and their ability to respond when something doesn’t feel right.
We’re especially proud to bring this event to the Las Vegas community while continuing the conversation around domestic violence awareness and supporting SafeNest, a leading organization serving survivors throughout Las Vegas and Clark County.
