About this Event
Join us for a free self defense seminar specifically for women. Come in and start learning some basic concepts to help you feel safer, more in control, and more confident. While no single self defense seminar can fully prepare someone for every situation, our goal is to help get you thinking in the right direction and give you practical tools to begin with.
