Together they'll be weaving their skills to bring you a hope-filled day of nourishment with a vegan lunch included in the price of your ticket.
Women's circle: sacred space for women to share your voice and witness others without judgement.
Mindful wellbeing nature walk: time outside to connect deeply with the world around us, finding inspiration and opportunities to reframe challenges through the wisdom of nature
Lunch: A sumptuous vegan lunch with gluten free options available, plus tea sweet treats
Wish stone: Paint your personalised handmade ceramic wish stone to take away with you. This will be your keepsake to anchor you to reclaiming your hope as you navigate life.
Meditation and journaling: For relaxation and tuning in to your inner wisdom enabling deeper exploration of the themes that arise during the day
Aftercare: After the retreat we will provide gentle guidance towards further sources of hope, including podcasts, books, local community groups and more.

The Tara Centre is located at the BACK of the Storey with our entrance on Castle Park, directly opposite the Castle entrance. You'll see a big sin by the blue door which says Tenants Entrance and a red heart light in the window. That's us!
