Women’s Personal Safety Seminar
Personal safety isn’t about living in fear—it’s about building confidence, recognizing your options, and being prepared to respond when something doesn’t feel right.
The 1:9 Tactical Women’s Personal Safety Seminar provides a comfortable, supportive environment where women of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels can learn practical ways to improve their everyday safety. No prior training is required, and this is not a firearms-focused class.
Participants will learn how to strengthen their situational awareness, recognize concerning behavior, avoid potentially dangerous situations, and create a personal safety plan that fits their individual lifestyle. We will also explore a variety of practical self-defense options, including pepper spray, TASER and other defensive devices, personal alarms, and additional tools that may help create distance and provide an opportunity to escape.
Topics include:
