Join us for three evenings of practical, hands-on personal defense training! This series is designed to help women build confidence, recognize potential threats, establish boundaries, and develop skills to better protect themselves.
We'll cover personal safety, situational awareness, using your voice, understanding when to use force, and practical techniques for dealing with grabs, chokes, and holds. We'll also discuss the proper use of pepper spray.
No previous training or experience is necessary!
📅 Dates: November 10th, 17th & 24th
⏱️ Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM each evening
