About this Event
Women's Leadership Salon
Thursday, October 29, 2026
Salon from 3–5pm at The Frontier RTP, 800 Park Offices Dr., Durham, NC.
Continue the conversation over an optional happy hour and community dinner from 5-7pm+ at Boxyard RTP.
This month’s theme is: Worth More 2.0.
We started this conversation in September, and there is so much more to explore about this rich topic.
What do you need to believe you are Worth More?
This month's Women's Leadership Salon is an invitation to have the money conversations we need to have and develop a more honest, empowered, and values-aligned relationship with money. Our goal is to live and lead from a place of greater self-trust, abundance, and liberation.
We’ll explore questions such as:
- What are limiting beliefs that shape my relationship with money?
- What do I need to believe I am worth more?
- How can I live and lead with greater self trust and abundance?
Come prepared to share: your unique challenges around thinking expansively about money and owning your worth.
Our Women’s Leadership Salons are recurring intercultural, intergenerational gatherings for women and gender nonbinary people who seek to explore, elevate, and reimagine their leadership in beloved community. Our Salons are not traditional networking events, lectures, or training sessions. They are co-facilitated community spaces of deep reflection, connection, peer learning, mutual elevation, and collective leadership reimagining.
What to Expect
While the theme and exact format and discussions will vary each month, our gatherings will usually include:
- Welcome and informal connections
- Opening circle and grounding practice
- Individual reflection, journaling, or creative inquiry
- Facilitated dialogue on the month’s theme
- Peer-advisory conversations, solution generation, and action planning in small groups
- Story-sharing, collective sense-making, and resources exchange
- Closing circle and practices that help participants carry insights into their leadership and lives
Participants are invited to engage at the level that feels right for them. You may come with a fully-formed leadership challenge, an emerging question, a season of transition, a desire for community, or simply curiosity about what becomes possible in a room of people committed to leading differently.
