Come talk to and learn from various wellness experts in Hampton Roads. Giveaways, refreshments, socializing & interactive talks -- a quarterly gathering of wellness resources and speakers, exclusively for women.
This quarter we're spotlighting & raising money for Girls on the Run - Hampton Roads. Entry fee donation amount is your choice: $5, $10 or $20.
Ladies of Hampton Roads! Join us for our next quarterly gathering dedicated to improving the wellness of your mind, emotions, body, environment, family, and finances.
We've been running this quarterly event for 2 years. It's all about equipping women with the knowledge and tools to become more holistically balanced in the many important areas of their life.
Our 4 guest speakers will share practical and immediately applicable information, products, and services focused on natural ways to improve and maintain your health, mental and emotional well-being, and financial fitness.
- Engage with the speakers in 15-minute interactive presentations and activities designed to help you establish a holistically healthy, happy, and financially secure life.
- Connect with like-minded women, learn from experts in their fields, and explore new ways to enhance your overall well-being.
- Unwind, enjoy healthy refreshments (wine, filtered water, and light food), and enter prize drawings. Bring a friend or fill out a trivia card to get extra chances to win.
- Your entry fee reserves your seat and is a donation that helps raise money for a local female-focused non-profit (new one chosen each quarter).
Don't miss this woman-only opportunity to invest in yourself and prioritize your wellness. Mark your calendars, invite your girlfriends, and join us for two hours of fun, prizes, refreshments, enlightenment, learning, and inspiration! Bring a friend to get extra chances at winning door prizes from each speaker.
