✨ GODDESS RAVE • Saturday 14th November✨An invitation for women to gather, move and remember what it feels like to be free in your body 💃🏽🐦🔥
This is a ceremonial dance space - held with intention, sisterhood and incredible music.
Let the music guide you out of your head and back into your body.
Come as you are.
Move how you feel.
Leave feeling lighter, liberated and deeply connected 🌹
No alcohol.
No pressure.
Just music, movement and feminine energy ✨
The rhythm of the evening:
From the moment you arrive, adorn yourself with face gems and glitter if you fancy, and feel into the Goddess you already are ✨
We begin with ceremonial cacao, a warming drink that opens the heart and releases feel-good endorphins, followed by a short meditation, breath and essential oils to help you drop out of everyday busyness and into the body.
And then we DANCE! ❤️🔥
For around 90 minutes, I’ll take you on a musical journey. No steps. No choreography. No expectation to be a “good dancer”. Nobody is watching or judging. Expect slow, sensual tracks and uplifting beats, all woven together to get you out of your head and into your body.
Sway, shake, stretch, laugh or rest. There’s no right or wrong way to do a Goddess Rave.
It’s an invitation to shake off what you’ve been carrying, let your hair down, connect with other women and remember how GOOD it feels to simply dance ❤️🔥
We close lying on your mat with a Reiki-infused soundscape and essential oils, soaking it all in.
