Women's Domestic Violence Survivors Therapy Group This group is intended to help survivors find validation, gain knowledge about the dynamics of domestic violence, develop Skills to heal from the trauma, and get education on healthy relationships. Most importantly, connecting with fellow survivors provides a supportive network who know firsthand what you are experiencing.
These groups have a rolling open enrollment with weekly topics covering:
Understanding the Dynamics of Abuse
Defining different types of DV
The power & control wheel
Personal safety planning
legal and community resource
Trauma and its impact: trauma symptoms, impact on the body, coping skills, addressing the impact on children
Building self-worth and autonomy
Healthy relationships and future planning
The cycle of violence and more

Group will be weekly at 5:30 PM
We accept all major insurance except MHS. We do offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance coverage.
