Join us for Women’s Circle at MESA, a monthly community gathering for women ages 18 and older to enjoy meaningful conversation, reflection, and connection with other women.
Each month, we explore a different theme related to women’s lives and experiences through a combination of journaling, creative activities, and small- and large-group conversations. Our gatherings offer an opportunity to step away from everyday routines, hear different perspectives, and spend an evening in community.

Location: The Heart-Centered Yoga Studio at MESA; 1455 Dixon Avenue, Lafayette, CO 80026
Free parking is available. The building has elevator access and accessible restrooms.
Cost: $10 per gathering (Advance registration through Eventbrite is required.)
Who Should Attend:
Women ages 18 and older who enjoy thoughtful conversation, meeting other women, exploring different perspectives, or simply spending an evening in good company. No previous experience with Women's Circles is needed.
Good to Know
Women's Circle is not therapy or a sexual assault support group. It is a welcoming, trauma-informed community gathering grounded in respect, choice, and connection.
As Boulder County's sexual violence resource center, MESA understands how experiences of sexual violence and other forms of trauma can affect our sense of connection and community. Women's Circle is one way we create opportunities for women to come together, share experiences, and build meaningful connections.
Women are welcome, whether or not they have experienced sexual violence or other trauma. There is never pressure to disclose personal experiences or share more than you choose.
