There’s something special about a morning in the mountains, the quiet, the fresh air, good food around a table, and the kind of company that makes you feel right at home.
On Saturday, September 26th, Fox Hunt Stables is opening its gates for A Women’s Circle with Horses, and this one feels a little extra special because it’s the first time this experience is being offered right here in North Carolina.
From 9 AM–1 PM, just 12 women will gather for a morning of brunch, sisterhood, somatic healing, and guided time with the horses. No riding. No horse experience needed. Just an opportunity to slow down, connect, and spend a few hours surrounded by the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
And because around here we believe gathering together should always include something good to eat, there’ll be a fully catered brunch from Wilkes Coffee Company! waiting for you, with our manager Christie Jo stable side and ensuring equestrian excellence and exquisite indulgence with on an on Brand spread that will knock your hooves off!
Eight circles before this one have sold out in Nashville. Now, for the first time, that same experience is coming home to Wilkes County.
Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is spend a morning slowing down, sharing a table, and remembering just how good connection can feel.
Who this is for

RAIN DATE
If the weather turns, we move into the second barn on site. Rain or shine, the horses show up. So do we.

Vanessa Petronelli is a transformational facilitator, speaker, and horse-human connection guide, founder of Equine Soul Journeys. She has facilitated retreats, workshops, live events and circles across five continents for over 17 years, working with clients both in group settings and privately through her programs. Through Equine Soul Journeys she guides individuals through experiential processes that reconnect them with their bodies, their truth and the parts of themselves that have been waiting the longest to be heard.
