About this Event

Welcome,

In circle we take the time to be with ourselves and each other in a way unlike any other relationship. This is a soft place to land. Join us this winter!
When you don't speak your truth out in to the world, the truth of who you really are, your feelings, needs, dreams... it can create illness. There is no better place to find the courage to be your most authentic self (including all of you!) than circle.

  • We will have embodied centering practices, share stories, poetry and song, while we explore individual work in our shared container, within the structure and safety of group.
  • Time to check in with your inner landscape and then place it into the world through journaling and sharing out loud. You never have to move faster than the speed of trust. Sometimes we move quickly, other times we need silence.
  • Come into greater awareness and presence with what you are feeling and what you are needing in life.
  • Experience authentic conversation and friendship with others.

What is circle? What will we do?
An intimate sharing space which I will facilitate and hold for a group of 7-10 participants. You will be guided through a brief embodied experience or breathing for centering and arriving into the space. You will be invited into journaling through thoughtful prompts, and share in courageous reflection. I will nourish what comes alive within the group while trusting and encouraging each person to tap into their own voice and gifts to share. Each week will follow a similar flow as we move through different themes and specially curated content. Some examples of the type of themes we may move through:
