About this Event
In this circle, we’ll explore vulnerability not just as something we talk about, but as something we experience together.
We’ll begin by connecting with our bodies and gently bringing awareness to the throat chakra—the space associated with expression, truth, and our ability to give voice to what lives within us.
From there, we’ll move into a sharing practice where we’ll explore the different sides of vulnerability: the courage to show ourselves as we truly are, the willingness to hold space for another woman’s experience, and the courage to take up space and allow ourselves to be heard.
We’ll close by coming back to the heart, with a guided heart chakra meditation—a moment to soften, integrate, and connect with the experience we’ve shared.
Please be sure to check your spam folder in your email account. You'll receive a confirmation from [email protected] and another email 24 hours before the event with a checklist of everything you'll need for the workshop and a detailed description of how to find the location.
My work is a labor of love, and I aim to keep it open and accessible to all women who seek connection, healing, and empowerment.
I decided to implement a minimum registration fee, due to experience with last-minute cancellations.
If you would like to contribute to this project, I welcome any donations you can offer with gratitude after the workshop!
