Come and join with other women to share in circle - there is a beauty and power in coming together with other sisters . come as you are - all is welcome whether you having a good day or a bad day. we hold each other . a safe space to be seen and heard . to be witnessed. no rescuing. just presence. no fixing . just feeling, allowing, acknowledging and being. we are cyclical beings constantly journeying through ups and downs , dark and light- and that is ok
there is an invitation to use your voice with simple sounds ( no experience necessary - no obligation - just sit and listen if that is all you can manage ) - to feel the power of your own vibration - to access the joy that exists within - this can feel scary if you haven't done it before but the energy of sisters in circle is infectious and before you know it there is a scared harmony and a smile on your face and afterwards an internal glow .
you will lay down and receive sacred sound ceremony - where the vibrations will soothe and transport you wherever you need to go . sound is such a gentle yet powerful medicine to unblock and unlock tensions, limiting beliefs, dis-harmony and bring about balance and calm . can help with anxiety, pain and overthinking as the vibration affect brainwaves bring about physiological changes in the body .
