Women's Circle

A women’s cicle is a sacred space created intentionally where women come together in sisterhood to feel, to embody and to transform. A space where you can open your heart and drop into the wisdom of your womb. A space to witness and be witnessed. A healing balm for the soul.

There’s a collective energy rising all over the planet, the ancient power of the feminine is awakening, and women are gathering everywhere to reconnect and remember magic of being alive in a woman’s body.

I open the doors of my home and invite you to my sacred space, gathering in person once a month to remember, reclaim and revere our true feminine essence and creative power. We will intuitively co-create this circle to receive the insights, healing and magic we need, always trusting spirit guidance and divine timing.

My intention is to create a space where we can cultivate inner union, that’s harmony between our masculine and our feminine energies, so we can surrender and trust the flow of life.

We will be guided by the astrological seasons, Mother Earth and the stars, and our menstrual rhythm.

The structure of the circle will be guided by our collective intuition, and together we will play with the following practices:

• Opening Ritual + Offerings + Intentions
• Movement medicine: soft feminine embodiment practice; dance, breath, sound, somatic release, moving meditation.
• Stillness: gentle masculine practice; seated meditation + contemplation.
• Silent messages + oracle cards
• Self-reflection + journaling
• Sharing + close

• Open heart and intentions.
• Altar offering if you feel called to do so.
• Pashmina or scarf to keep yourself warm.
• Comfy clothes where you can move and sit, but at the same time make you feel feminine.
• Wear something that tunes you to your Goddess Essence, eg. a piece of jewellery, hair accessories, your favourite lipstick, perfume, etc.
