Seven Circles. Seven Portals. One Unfolding.This is a seven-month journey through the body's chakra system as a living landscape to inhabit. Each month we gather in circle to meet one energy center through breathwork, somatic movement, mudra, goddess archetype, elemental ritual, and guided reflection. Two weeks after each main circle, an Integration Circle opens to let the work settle deeper into the body and the life.
You do not need to begin at the beginning. Each circle is its own complete initiation, and you are welcome to step in wherever the river finds you.
