Join the Junior League of Palo Alto•Mid Peninsula (JLPA•MP) for a transformative evening dedicated to expanding financial power, elevating women's leadership, and driving meaningful community impact. Bringing together 100 dynamic women, leaders, and changemakers, this event bridges actionable wealth management and leadership training with community engagement.

Aligned with Every Woman. All Things.—a national initiative launched by The Association of Junior Leagues International to reclaim well-being and reimagine a life where role strain, role conflict, and burnout are no longer the cost of being everything to everyone—this experience is designed to challenge the idea that doing it all should be the price of showing up in the world.

• Fireside Chat One - "The Power Shift: What Women Need to Know About the Wealth They’re Building." Women are gaining greater economic power and influence, but earning money and building wealth are not the same thing. This conversation will explore what women need to understand about the wealth they are earning, managing and building. Our goal is to have an honest and practical conversation about ownership, confidence, investing, entrepreneurship and long-term decision-making.
• Fireside Chat Two - "What We Build Together: How Women Turn Influence Into Lasting Impact" This conversation takes us beyond individual success. Wealth is one form of power, but relationships, expertise, leadership and influence are forms of power too. Discover what becomes possible when women use their resources and influence not only for individual advancement, but to expand opportunity and create meaningful change in their communities.
• A TED-style talk offering a personal perspective on the role community, leadership development and connection can play in someone’s life, through the lens of a JLPA•MP Member
• Inaugural Beacon of Community Impact Award: We are proud to present our first-ever award celebrating local women who create positive change in our community while balancing their many roles and responsibilities.

• Networking Reception: Dedicated time during the final hour to foster strategic connections, spark collaboration, and build lasting relationships over drinks and light bites.

Help us shine a light on the trailblazing women whose work has profoundly shaped our region and inspires us all to find balance across work, life, and volunteerism!

We welcome nominations of women across our community, whether or not they are members of the JLPA•MP.

Tickets are $20 per person, plus fees. Discounted tickets of $10 per person, plus fees are available for current students and JLPA-MP non-profit partners.
