In 2008, Shailee was one of ten Nepali women who made history by summiting Mount Everest together. She went on to coordinate the Seven Summits Women Team as they became the first all-female team in the world to climb the highest peak on every continent.

Through breathtaking stories from the Himalayas and around the world, Shailee shares hard-earned lessons about courage, leadership, teamwork, resilience, and the power of diversity. Her journey began at a time when sports and mountaineering were far from traditional paths for women in Nepal and her team faced skepticism, daunting risks, and enormous obstacles before proving just how powerful a shared vision can be.
