GUEST SPEAKER: Jennifer Richardson
Founder, Contained Madness | ADHD & Overwhelm Coach
Short Biography:
Jennifer Richardson is the founder of Contained Madness and an ADHD & Overwhelm Coach who helps women create homes, businesses, and lives that work with their brains instead of constantly fighting against them. A former special education English teacher, Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience helping people navigate overwhelm with practical strategies, empathy, and absolutely no shame. Since founding Contained Madness in 2013, she has combined professional organizing, executive function support, and coaching to help clients move beyond perfectionism and unsustainable productivity. Her approach focuses on creating realistic systems, boundaries, and support that make room for both ambition and being an actual human being.
Topic: What Spring Rolls Taught Me About Overwhelm
Sometimes it's the email. Sometimes it's the laundry. Sometimes it's one more person asking you one more seemingly reasonable question. And sometimes... it's spring roll soup.
The thing that finally pushes us over the edge is rarely the whole story.
In this funny, practical, and refreshingly human conversation, ADHD and Overwhelm Coach Jenn Richardson explores what those moments reveal about capacity, expectations, mental load, and the support systems we've built around ourselves.
Attendees will learn how to recognize overwhelm before reaching the breaking point, identify where they're spending energy they simply don't have, prioritize what actually matters, and build practical systems for boundaries, delegation, support, and recovery.
Because sometimes the solution isn't figuring out how to handle one more thing better.
It's recognizing how much you've already been handling.
