The Women Of Achievement Awards (WOAA) is one of the region's most popular, prestigious and well attended business events in the East Riding calendar, previously selling out in just 4 days!
Women In Business Hull (WIB) is a not for profit organisation and networking group that has run for over 25 years. In 1998 WIB created the WOAA awards to show support and connect local business women and to celebrate, acknowledge and reward their achievements. This has continued bi-annually ever since. The awards are a hugely inspirational event for those attending and future generations to follow, they touch the heart strings and it is an amazing emotional and uplifting afternoon! #WOAA2026
The WOAA's now host 400 guests, shortlisted candidates, judges, sponsors, charity, compare, WIB chair and committee plus a household name guest speaker. The 2026 award categories have grown bigger than ever to encompass new sectors and have a larger outreach.
