Women Lift™ is the DMV's premier women's fitness and wellness experience, bringing together women from Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia for workouts, connection, shopping, wellness, and nonstop energy.
Whether you're just starting your wellness journey or you've been active for years, Women Lift™ was created for women who want to move, connect, and have a good time doing it. This isn't your typical fitness expo. It's where fitness meets community.
