About this Event
Join the California Teacher Development Collaborative for our 17th annual Women + Leadership Conference! This impactful event brings together women educators from our schools to celebrate our journeys and strengthen our individual and collective impact. We will gather on February 12, 2027 in San Francisco at Edge & Node House of Web3.
Our theme this year is Full Hands and Hearts: Leading from Where and Who We Are. This gathering will focus on the intersection of where you lead from (your role), who you are (your identity), and how both play into all that you hold as women leaders.
Designed in collaboration with our featured speakers and a committee of dynamic women leaders from across CATDC member schools, the day will be filled with opportunities to:
- Reflect: Consider who you are within your specific role
- Grow: Discover new approaches and build your leadership toolkit
- Plan for Greater Impact: Explore the meaningful difference you can make directly from your seat
- Strategize for Sustainability: Identify practices that can sustain you and the work within your sphere of influence
- Network: Make meaningful connections across the CATDC community
AUDIENCE
Women + Leadership is an affinity space that is welcoming and respectful of women of all backgrounds, including trans women, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals who are comfortable in a space that centers the experiences of women. We recognize and acknowledge the intersection of race and gender identities, and it is our hope that we can offer an inclusive and intentional space that challenges white supremacy and celebrates the uniqueness, experiences, and contributions of each participant.

We capture photos at our workshops to share the joy and impact of CATDC programs. By attending, you consent to being photographed for use in our communications. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or would like a photo removed, please let us know.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens. We understand that there will be times when you cannot attend a workshop that you have registered and paid for. Registration may be transferred to a different person up to 7 days before a session. However refunds will not be given, and a session missed for any reason will not be refunded.Below we have outlined our cancellation and refund policy, which we have in place to ensure the most accurate numbers when we secure well in advance locations, catering, and facilitators. Thank you for understanding.For our ongoing programs or one-day intensives, refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to 22 days before the scheduled starting date. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made 21 days or less prior to the first day of a workshop. A missed session that is part of an ongoing program is non-refundable and non-transferrable. For our summer institutes refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to 30 days before the scheduled starting date. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the first day of a summer institute.
Please contact us by email as soon as you know you cannot attend a workshop. This will allow us time to contact our waitlist and hopefully fill your spot.
