Meet your next hire in person
Spend an evening with established tech professionals who are open to new opportunities in software engineering, AI and machine learning, data, cybersecurity, cloud and DevOps, technical product and project management, and UI/UX design.
Expect short keynotes, speed interviews or open networking, and lots of energy. Hiring teams present their company, tech stack and open roles. If your team is nominated for an OutGeek Award, attendees can also vote for you during the event.
- 120 people on the guest list, with 55-75% usually attending
- 5+ years of experience on average
- You receive the guest list a couple of days before the event, shared in line with GDPR
Before and after the event
If you have an OutGeek team account, you can keep the conversation going beyond the event. Post up to 5 jobs a month, each live for 30 days, and introduce your team to job seekers through the OutGeek news feed. Your first team news post is free, with additional posts at $15 each.
You can also reach the OutGeek talent community through newsletter blasts - $75 for one role in a shared blast or $450 for a dedicated blast.
And if your team is nominated for Team of the Year, attendees can vote for you from August through December 31. Winners are featured on the OutGeek homepage for the following year and in every OutGeek newsletter throughout the year. Your first award category is included with your team account.
