We are delighted to invite you to the 11th edition of the , featuring a special focus on Women Leading Tech.
This year, you'll have the unique opportunity to step behind the scenes at (G+D), a global technology company shaping the future of security technologies and digital trust. Meet inspiring women in tech who are driving innovation, leading teams, and building impactful careers across diverse fields.
Our panelists will share their personal journeys into leadership, offering honest insights into the challenges they faced, the decisions that shaped their careers, and the lessons they learned along the way. Whether you're already pursuing a career in technology or simply curious about where it could take you, this event is designed to inspire, inform, and connect.

The event is open to all FINTA bachelor’s and master’s students, as well as doctoral candidates and postdocs at TUM, including women, intersex, non-binary, trans, and agender individuals. High school students interested in a more supportive and equitable environment for women in STEM are also very welcome.
