Theme 3: Returning to Work After a Break

Returning to work after maternity leave, illness, redundancy or caring responsibilities can be one of the toughest transitions in a career. This session explores real experiences, practical support, and what good organisational reintegration looks like. A safe, supportive space to share and learn.
