Who made these rules? And why are we still following them?
On March 20, 2027, the W.O.M.E.N. in Leadership Conference Tour returns to Atlanta for a day of honest conversations, meaningful connections, and powerful perspectives on the expectations women have been taught to accept.
This isn't another conference telling women to work harder, push further, or become stronger.
It's an invitation to question the rules, challenge the expectations, and redefine what success looks like on your own terms.

Throughout the day, we'll explore the unspoken expectations that shape how women lead, work, love, succeed, and show up for themselves.

A CONFERENCE WITH A HISTORY AND A PURPOSE
Founded in 2023, the W.O.M.E.N. in Leadership Conference Tour has successfully completed 15 conferences across the United States, including four Las Vegas editions, along with a special international mini-event in Panama.
Hosted by L.I.L.A.C. Women's Ministry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the tour creates spaces where women can prioritize mental wellness, build meaningful connections, and pursue success without losing themselves in the process.
Our mission has always been about more than leadership titles.
It's about the woman behind the title.
