Join me and Claire France for a relaxed afternoon created especially for women in business, a chance to step away from the laptop, meet other women who understand the juggle and enjoy a little well-deserved time for YOU.
Claire will guide us through some simple pampering, wellbeing tips and self-care techniques that you can actually take away and use at home, followed by some time to properly relax and switch off.
There’ll also be plenty of opportunity to chat, connect and get to know the other women in the room too, because although this isn't a networking session, we all know some of the best business relationships start with a cuppa and a proper conversation.
Your £5 ticket includes: the full two-hour wellness session, light refreshments, time to connect with other local women in business, practical self-care tips and techniques, pampering and guided relaxation.
