Jemma Rose is a body image and confidence speaker and educator helping women unlearn the belief that their worth is defined by their body, and build confidence that isn’t dependent on appearance. Her work challenges the cultural narratives that keep women stuck, while equipping them with the tools to create lasting change - both individually and for the next generation.She also runs Main Character Content as a Messaging and Instagram Strategist. She works with coaches and service-based business owners who are too good at what they do to still be this easy to scroll past - and are ready to stand out on Instagram.
