Women in Business - Create a Marketing Plan You Can Actually Deliver

Women in Business: Create a Marketing Plan You Can Actually Deliver

Many businesses approach marketing reactively, promoting themselves when sales are quiet or posting content whenever they find the time. This can lead to inconsistent activity, wasted budget and limited results.

This practical workshop will help women in business create a focused, realistic marketing plan based on their goals, resources and priorities.

Led by Chelsea Spencer, Managing Director of Big Reputation and a Chartered Marketer, the session will help participants:

• Set clear and achievable marketing objectives
• Identify the activities most likely to support their goals
• Choose appropriate marketing channels
• Plan campaigns and content across the year
• Allocate time, budget and responsibilities
• Establish simple ways to measure performance
• Create a plan that remains realistic alongside day-to-day business demands

Participants will leave with a practical framework for organising their marketing, maintaining momentum and making better use of their available resources.

This workshop is open to women-led businesses based in Staffordshire (excluding Stoke-on-Trent) that have been trading for 0 to 5 years.
