ROI-NJ invites you to Women Forward, a new recognition program celebrating the women whose leadership, accomplishments and advocacy are making a meaningful impact across New Jersey’s business community.
Join business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs and professionals from across the state for a day of recognition, insight and relationship-building.
Women Forward will honor accomplished women from a wide range of industries for their professional achievements, contributions to New Jersey and commitment to supporting and creating opportunities for other women to succeed.
The event was conceived as a full-day program featuring recognition, professional insights and opportunities for attendees to reconnect with existing colleagues and form valuable new relationships.

Nominations for the inaugural Women Forward honorees will be accepted through Aug. 21, 2026.
Individuals may nominate themselves or another deserving woman leader.
