Ready to feel more confident, capable, and connected? Join us for our FREE 10-day Women Empowered self-defense program, starting every Saturday at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Pasadena!
Designed for beginners, this empowering course is taught in a safe, welcoming environment by certified Gracie instructors. You’ll learn proven techniques to defend against common threats while building strength, awareness, and confidence—physically and mentally.
