About this Event

You and your business deserve more than just autopilot. Join us for a focused conversation on brand, finances and operations.

As women in business, we’re often so busy managing today’s priorities that we rarely have time to step back and focus on what’s next. This Lunch & Learn is designed to give you that space.

Join Mary, Cecilia, and Sophia for a collaborative conversation on the key building blocks of a thriving business:

  • Business finances and financial confidence
  • Brand strategy, mission, and vision
  • Systems and processes that support growth and efficiency

Attendance is intentionally limited to 25 participants to create a more interactive experience. Come ready to share ideas, ask questions, and connect with other women who are building businesses with purpose. You’ll leave with fresh insights, practical next steps, and renewed clarity for where you want your business to go.

Meet Your Hosts

Mary Golden
Before joining Raymond James, Mary spent 20 years as a professional musician, performing and teaching mainly in Hong Kong and New York City. After moving back to Memphis in 2015, she served as a director at a local nonprofit performing arts organization. Today she brings that same dedication and attention to detail to her advisory practice, building personalized financial strategies and helping clients find peace of mind, especially through family transitions. Mary holds degrees from the University of Michigan and New York University, and loves spending time with her daughter Helen and giving back to the city she calls home.

Cecilia Fay
Cecilia is the founder of Cecilia Fay Creative, a boutique agency specializing in public relations, social media strategy, and brand positioning for small businesses and entrepreneurs. A University of Memphis graduate, she saw early on that corporate creative firms weren’t built for small businesses, so she started her own in 2019. Shaped by her years in Memphis restaurants and her own journey with ADHD, she brings resilience, empathy, and hustle to her work with clients like Birdie’s Memphis, Lynn Doyle Flowers and Events, Feast and Graze, Murphy Company Realtors, and Studio 901, earning them coverage in the Memphis Business Journal, The Daily Memphian, The Memphis Flyer, and I Love Memphis. She co-leads the Memphis chapter of TN Women Connect and is a member of the Junior League of Memphis.

Sophia Cole
Sophia is a Certified EOS® Implementer and executive coach who helps business owners build strong, sustainable companies and lives they truly enjoy. She came to the United States at 19 as a refugee from the former Soviet Union with $200, two suitcases, and limited English. Memphis became home, and over 30 years she’s built a career around understanding what makes organizations thrive and what it takes to lead through growth and change. She now helps leaders and their teams gain clarity, build confidence, and create real traction.
