Hello everyone! 💜We’re so excited to invite you to a special dance bootcamp made just for women. The two of us — Birgit and Ane — have been dreaming of creating something like this for a while, and now we’ve joined forces to make it happen!
This workshop is all about connecting through movement: you’ll get to explore bachata, heels, and end the day with some gentle stretching and breathwork to ground and release.
We both believe in creating a space where women can feel safe, strong, and free to express themselves — and we can’t wait to share that energy with you. Whether you want to grow your confidence, deepen your dance, or just enjoy a beautiful afternoon with other women, this day is for you.
It’s for improver to intermediate levels, and especially for those of you in the Latin dance community who want to explore a little more. We’ll focus on technical exercises and a bit of choreography in each class, with an option to film at the end of each session <3

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚
Comfortable dance clothes, dance heels, water, clothes to change (optional). Yoga mats for stretching and breathwork sessions are provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer.
Facilities: The studio has a kitchen, bathrooms, showers and a lounge area.
𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗘
Originally from Spain, Ane took her first dance steps in ballet as a child. After moving to Denmark, she started teaching bachata in 2016 at DTU dancing, Salsalibre and Bachata house, where she currently teaches partnerwork and styling classes.
Ane holds a two-year professional dance education with a focus on ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance. Her passion has taken her around the world, training with top choreographers in jazz and heels such as Yannis Marshall, Amy Morgan and Marissa Heart. Most recently, she returned from Australia, where she specialized in teaching bachata with a strong emphasis on styling and heels technique.
Known for her smooth, sensual flow and elegant movement quality, Ane blends her diverse dance background into a unique style. As an instructor, she is deeply committed to technique, body awareness, confidence, and connection. Through dance, she aims to empower and build inclusive, supportive communities of women.
𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗕𝗜𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗧
Birgit is originally from Estonia and took her first dance steps at the age of six, growing up with a strong foundation in contemporary and show dance. When she moved to Denmark, she found her way to bachata, which has been a part of her life for the past eight years in various ways - teaching partner-work at Salsabine, Salsalibre, and Non Stop Bachata, or doing her own ladies’ performance teams, Kool & the Gang and Encanto.
Birgit is known for her attention to detail, her playful sass, and a feminine style with just the right touch of edge. Her classes are a blend of technical depth and belonging to a community. And yet, it’s the kind of space where you can step outside your comfort zone and still feel at home.
