We welcome you to the year 2025 Indian Vegetarian/ Vegan (Sustainable) food festival. This is an Indoor Event so you don't need to worry about weather! Date: 23th August 2025

Our cooking participants will serve vegetarian & vegan delicacies from different regions of India & other countries. You will be amazed at diversity, taste & affordability of Vegan/ Vegetarian food. Our aim is to promote sustainable/ tasty/ affordable food choices for people in Denmark. Please refer to the below notes. Notes will be continuously updated..
1) We are looking for "Cooking Participants" who would like to represent their state's/ country's vegetarian/ Vegan food at our event. If you would like to know more details, please send us an email at [email protected] or message your email at our FB page. We have limited space for stalls so it would be good if you can reach out asap.
2) For Buying food, payment for Coupons will be done via cash or MobilePay. If you are making payment via MobilePay then you need to add 1DKK extra for transaction cost. Please buy Food (35DKK/coupon for Cash Payment & 36 DKK/coupon for MobilePay per transaction) - coupons at the entrance. If you are buying more than 1 Coupon via MobilePay in one transaction then also additional transaction costs will remain at 1 DKK.. Water bottles / Sodas / Juices will be available for purchase at the venue.
3) Coupon: No limit for buying food. But Kindly note that once you have bought coupons, you will not be able to get refund for them.
4) Food plates will mostly have either Appetizer or Main Course or Dessert or it can be all on one plate. Quantity per Dish will be decided by the Food Stall owner.
5) Please ask the stall owners about ingredients if you have allergies to some type of food..
6) Food Stall owners have been instructed to declare whether their food is suitable for Vegans or not.. They may indicate the same, otherwise, kindly ask..
7) Food Stall Owner is also responsible for all food hygiene-related issues. HSS organizing committee has given them relevant advisory..

9)"Cooking Participants" are also allowed to advertise for themselves by putting banners or sharing visiting cards.
