I have been loving the vibe of our North County crew and classes and and I am looking forward to another incredible series at Barre 3 in Encinitas! Welcoming in some new faces and bellies!In this 6-week series, we'll explore movements that build upon each other in a safe container where our femininity & physical explorations can flourish! I share Belly Dance as a healing art form, blending elements of qi gong, playfulness, and ritual. Focuses include elongating the vertebrae, clearing stuck energy in the tummy, finding core stability, and cultivating a healthy integrated channel from the spine to the mind. Let's have fun moving in ways that help us tune into our sensuality, sassiness, and innate womb wisdom!
