Join us for a sacred evening of embodiment, expression and inner connection; a journey into the power and wisdom of your authentic voice.
Gate 5 – The Voice: The Temple of Sacred Expression invites you to explore the relationship between your womb, heart and voice, awakening the freedom to express your truth, honour your feelings and give sound to what lives within you.
Our voice carries our stories, emotions, desires and experiences. Sometimes, words remain unspoken, feelings are held within the body, and parts of ourselves wait to be heard.
Through somatic movement, breathwork, vocal activation and hypnotherapy, you'll be gently guided to:
💙 Deepen the connection between your womb, heart, throat and body.
💙 Explore authentic expression, communication and the emotions held within your voice.
💙 Release tension through breath, sound and gentle somatic practices, creating space for greater freedom of expression.
💙 Reconnect with the wisdom of your voice and the courage to speak, sing and express what is true for you.
💙 Receive the Blue Feather of the Voice — a sacred symbol of truth, freedom, expression and the wisdom carried within your words.
This session is an invitation to honour your voice as a sacred instrument of expression, allowing yourself to be heard, to listen to your inner truth and to reconnect with the power of your own sound.
Each Womb Awakening Gate is a complete journey in itself. Whether this is your first session or you have journeyed through the previous gates, you are warmly welcome.
During the meditation, we will journey through the earlier gates before entering the Fifth Gate, allowing everyone to experience the unfolding of the journey.
