This Women's Self-Defense Workshop is open to all women - cis, trans, and non-binary people who connect with a women- or femme-centered space.
All proceeds will be donated to a local women’s shelter and a national advocacy group for survivors of sexual assault.
What to expect
Join Orion Couling for an hour and a half of compassionate instruction in self-defense techniques in a hand-in-hand scenario, followed by a pepper spray workshop using water.
A special cooldown will be offered by Grace Hart, with a sound bath by Sariyah Idan.
Wear movement clothing. Bring a yoga mat/towel, water, a healthy snack.
