About this Event
A monthly gathering for women seeking sanctuary from the noise of the world.
In a world that often asks us to keep giving, achieving and performing, The Sanctuary offers something different.
A space to pause.
A space to soften.
A space to simply be.
Together, we gather in sacred circle to reconnect with ourselves and one another, creating a nurturing community where every woman is welcomed exactly as she is. Here, there is no expectation to have it all together, no pressure to be anything other than authentically yourself.
Each gathering is intentionally curated to support rest, reflection, connection and inner exploration. Through a blend of meditation, gentle breathwork, somatic movement, reflective journaling, sharing and ritual, we create space to slow down, listen deeply and remember the wisdom that already lives within us.
Whether you feel called to speak or simply witness, your presence is enough. Everything is always an invitation, never an expectation.
This is a space where:
- You can lay down your armour.
- You can be deeply seen, heard and held.
- You can cultivate meaningful connections with like-hearted women.
- You can reconnect with your inner voice and your authentic self.
- You can leave feeling nourished, grounded and restored.
No previous experience with meditation, breathwork or circle is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.
We can’t wait to welcome you into our circle.
Come home to yourself... Come home to womanhood...
