Most of us are building more than one thing at a time. A business. A career. A team. A household. And most of us are doing it quietly, without ever comparing notes.
Women Who Build is an evening for that conversation.
We're bringing together women from across Indianapolis — realtors, business owners, contractors, lenders, and women building something entirely their own — for two hours of honest talk about what it actually takes.
What the evening looks like
- A panel of four women at different stages of building, talking about the climb, what it cost, and what they'd do differently. Not a highlight reel.
- Small-table conversations where you'll sit with a handful of other women and a set of real questions. This is where the connecting happens.
- Light bites, drinks, and open networking to close the night.
What this is not
There's no sales pitch, no presentation, and nothing to sign up for at the end. West & Main Realty is hosting because we think this room should exist in Indianapolis, not because we're selling anything in it.
Who should come
Any woman building something — whether you've been at it fifteen years or fifteen days. You do not need to work in real estate. You do not need to bring anyone. Come alone; you won't be alone for long.
