Description
After long periods of stress, responsibility, or survival mode, joy can feel distant, unfamiliar, or even unsafe. This session focuses on gently reconnecting with moments of light, pleasure, and gratitude without forcing positivity.
Joy is not a denial of difficulty. It is a resource.
You will explore:
- Why joy can feel hard to access
- Small, realistic ways to notice light in daily life
- How gratitude can support emotional balance
