About this Event
Join Nazan for an expansive and restorative Sound Bath Immersion, intuitively crafted to align with the moon phases or the energy present on the day. Each session carries a unique theme - whether that's self-love, manifestation, release, or self-trust (to name a few) - guiding you into deep nervous system regulation with 432Hz crystal chakra bowls, breathwork, visualisation, and elements of light language (vocal overtones or sung poetry) and Holy Fire Reiki energy healing. She may also include a collective reading as she deepens her journey with the Akashic Records and third eye abilities, though this may not always come through.
There will be moments for integration afterwards.
Join Nazan on select Friday evenings for a hypnotic and alternative night out.

What to Bring
- Please bring your own mats, bolsters, and pillows for comfort. Bring an extra bulky pillow to place under your knees to help support your back.
- Something to place over your eyes, like an eye pillow, to really go deep into the journey (I would say this is essential!). Nazan has only a handful for those who forget!
- Blankets
- Water to stay hydrated
- Crystals you may wish to charge or use for personal healing.
- Please wear warm & comfortable clothing.
- You are welcome to place special items on the altar (I.e. a note stating a wish for the highest good).
What to Expect
Bring your comfies, and cocoon in a deep rest, all you will be asked to do is lie down and take in some guided prompts, potentially around visualisation and breathwork, and Nazan will do the rest! At the start, there may be an optional part to stretch and take any movements you need to settle, arrive and land.
*Eat a light meal beforehand. I recommend a balanced, whole foods plant-based meal that excludes animal products to keep your energy llight!

Parking: Please park in the Luxford car park and use the shortcut through the long-stay car park to find the Belmont Centre, which is behind the church.

Contraindications
If you have a pacemaker, epilepsy, are in the first trimester of pregnancy, or have complex mental health conditions, please consult your doctor before attending. A doctor's note may be required for certain conditions.
These sessions are generally for adults aged 18+ But if younger, accompanied by an adult!
Attendance and refund policy: Unfortunately, refunds will not be offered. If you cannot attend a session and wish to exchange your ticket for a later date (a change permitted once only), please inform me at least 6 hours in advance of the session's start time. Any notification beyond this 6-hour window will result in your ticket being ineligible for exchange.
