More About Tina Rawstern
I have called Rapid City home since 1995. My husband and I have been married for 24 years and have two sons. One is attending the University of South Dakota, where he is studying Theater Studies, and the other is a junior at Rapid City Central High School. As a family, we stay busy supporting their involvement in football, wrestling, and baseball and all the shows!
I earned an Associate Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Legal Studies. I have worked in banking and finance for more than 30 years, including the past 26 years with U.S. Bank. During that time, I have spent 25 years in leadership roles and have witnessed tremendous change within the banking industry. In fact, I have seen more evolution in banking over the past five years than in the previous 25 years combined.
One of the most significate changes has been the rapid evolution of fraud and scams. Fraudsters are no longer focused solely on elderly or vulnerable adults; they are targeting individuals across all demographics. Unfortunately, those perceived as having greater financial resources often become larger targets, creating more opportunities for scammers to exploit and infiltrate.
