Refreshments from 6pm, AGM to start at 6.30pm.Our brief AGM will consist of approving the minutes of the last meeting, receiving the annual report and accounts, and election of Trustees.
The main body of the meeting will be five minute talks – an opportunity for members to talk about what they or their organisation are doing to protect and enhance the environment.
We will support as many 5 minute talks as time allows. Those who have registered their interest in speaking will take priority. If you would like to give a talk at the event, please email [email protected]
There will then be time for networking and chat with other attendees. While you mingle, we will serve tea, coffee and biscuits.
