Winters Rest
Join us for a deeply Restorative Embodied Yin and Sound Bath session inspired by the Water element.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Water governs the Kidney and Urinary Bladder meridians, associated with vitality, rest, and the wisdom of listening within.
Through slow, embodied yin and soothing sound, we’ll invite the body to replenish its energy stores, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect to inner stillness.
This event will include:
- Restorative Embodied Yin
- Exploration of the element of Water - Kidney & Urinary Tract Meridian (TCM)
- Deep rest and relaxation through a nourishing sound journey.
- Sweet treats and herbal teas.
