Winter Vegetable Gardening

Come and learn about how to have a bountiful Florida vegetable garden in the fall and winter! Topics covered will include creating vegetable gardens, raised and container gardening, fall and winter crops, fertilization, irrigation, and pest control. There will be a tour of our urban agriscience area as well to show you how to work with vegetables in the garden hands-on.

Cost of the program is $20 per person, attendees will receive light refreshments, informational handouts, and vegetable plants to get started in their own garden.
