About this Event
As late autumn gently gives way to winter, we invite you to join us for our final Forest Bathing gathering of the year in the peaceful woodlands of the Harry Edwards Foundation.
This special 2½-hour seasonal immersion offers a beautiful opportunity to pause before the festive season, reflect on the year that has passed, and reconnect with the grounding wisdom of nature.
Walking slowly beneath the bare branches and winter skies, we’ll awaken the senses through mindful nature invitations—taking in the crisp woodland air, birdsong, earthy scents, and the quiet beauty of the season. Our journey concludes with our signature “treelaxation” nature meditation and a warming woodland tea.
Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, this restorative experience supports relaxation, emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing.
Led by Joanna Bristow-Watkins and Katie Robinson of Harmony in Nature.
Duration: 2½ hours
Exchange: £39.77 per person

Come and close the month in nature’s embrace—feeling grounded, restored, and ready for the festive season ahead.
