Ticket sales end at noon the day prior to the workshop.Join us at The Sea Wych Salem for a winter solstice sea witch ball workshop to kick off the Yuletide season - and our last witch ball workshop of 2026!
We'll be celebrating the winter solstice on this day, and the Yuletide season that runs from 21 December through 1 January. On this winter solstice day, we acknowledge and honour the shortest day of the year and the solstice that marks the slow return of light through the darkness, through a brief meditation, and of course, witch crafting. We'll channel the winter seas to set our intentions for the season to come, weave layers of protection against the darkness, and infuse our craft with joyful celebration as the light slowly returns once more. Create your own solstice/Yuletide sea witch ball to welcome back the light. Not only will you be making your own magic, you'll be making your own, one-of-a-kind souvenir and memory from Salem.
In addition to your witch ball, you'll also be going home with a ritual kit which will include a sea shell, a tumbled garnet, an amethyst, red and gold spell candles, the appropriate herbs, and a full ritual written by The Sea Wych Salem to help you set up and celebrate the solstice. These kits normally retail for $40, but you'll get it with your admission.
Ticket price is $85 per person (plus a processing fee of $2.13) and includes:
- All materials and supplies, including garnet witch ball toppers made by The Sea Wych Salem specifically for this event, as well as a specially made charm to finish off your creation.
- A brief history of the witch ball.
- A guided meditation and short ritual.
- The full ritual kit described above.
- The opportunity to shop privately, before or after the workshop, and a 10% discount on all store items.
