The Winter Solstice represents a time of closing out the previous year and starting anew. This session will guide participants through meditations to release old habits and make space for new opportunities to come in the next year. This meditation practice uses the vibrations of sound to promote relaxation, reflection, and renewal during the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year. Participants may practice their favorite restorative poses while "bathed" in the sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, which can help reduce stress, anxiety, and promote a sense of inner peace. It's time to release what no longer serves you and set intentions for the new year!
